If you opt for participating in any of our events / roadshows / exhibitions / corporate events / seminars (hereafter referred to as events), we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our registration form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, address etc.) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date etc.). We use this information for billing purposes and to process your request. If we have trouble processing the same, we will use this information to contact you. We also use the mailing address to send you conference brochures and other promotional material.

Many BE events are co-sponsored by other organizations that are held in conjunction with private industry, government agencies, or education institutions. When you register for one of these events, the co-sponsoring organization may have access to your registration data. The co-sponsor may use this information for purposes related to the event but may not share it with others or use the data for marketing purposes.

BE occasionally manages events that are organised by other organizations. In these cases, event registration may be handled by the event organiser. When attempting to register via link from the BE web site, you will be presented with a web page informing you that the registration is not being handled by BE. In these cases, you should familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of the sponsor organization.

When you register for BE events, sponsored by third-party vendors, the information BE provides to the vendor is for their organization only and the sponsoring vendor agrees not to share or resell the provided information. The data given to the sponsoring vendor includes email address, first name, last name, title, work phone, company name, address, city, state, postal code and country.

BE may occasionally provide you the opportunity to participate in surveys on our site. If you participate, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you.
