Message from 3GPP for LTE India - Edition 2013

"3GPP is pleased to support and participate in the LTE India conference, which is now established as the meeting place for all of the stake-holders in the industry.

The 2013 programme will focus on the LTE plans and results in India, but you will also see an International dimension in many of the presentations. This International operator and vendor participation will again provide a great opportunity for experts to measure progress on the National and Global scale.

In 2013 we will celebrate the 15th anniversary of 3GPP, so this is a good time to stop, take a breath and look back at how far we have come since the early evolution of GSM in to 3G. It has been an exciting time, during which 3GPP has become the place to converge on one standard that will allow a united industry to move forward in to 4G - together.

The success of LTE is the success of a 3GPP system that is driven by the needs of the members - from voice to data and now towards true broadband on the move. So, where to next? Well, there is a lot going on and I expect that LTE India will show us the way!

On behalf of 3GPP, I wish all the Participants a successful 2013 and we look forward to meeting you in New Delhi for the LTE India event."

LTE is gaining momentum - Industry Analyst predicts that, by 2016, a total of 830 million subscribers worldwide will have access to mobile data solutions through LTE networks. Innovative services and business models, such as investment/revenue sharing, and VoLTE which can bring benefits to both operators and subscribers need to be deployed if operators are to maximise the potential of LTE deployment, maintain ARPU levels and have their network continue to be a smart pipe.

Overwhelmed and inspired with the success of previous LTE event series, Bharat Exhibitions is filled with enthusiasm to organize the 5th edition of India's only focused conference on LTE(Long Term Evolution) - the Next Generation Wireless Technology - LTE India 2013, 5th International Conference scheduled on 10th May 2013 at Le-Meridien, New Delhi.

The event will focus on growth opportunities for mobile broadband ecosystem stakeholders and give a clear perspective on the future trends and opportunities in the industry. It is a must-attend event for regional carriers looking for potential new partners and learn from the market leaders about their deployment experiences. Hand-in-hand with a high quality programme and C-level speaker selection, the event offers opportunities for networking and learning opportunities through panel discussions, in-depth focus technical sessions, and a substantial exhibition floor showcasing the newest innovations and developments of the market.
